Pearl Abyss revealed a slate of content coming to Black Desert Mobile, starting with tomorrow’s release of the Dosa class. Also announced were a new survival mode, a new monster zone, and the start of the Summer season.
The announcements were made at this weekend's latest Heidel Ball 2024. Dosa arrives tomorrow in the game. The sword-wielding class is known as the Summoner of Warriors of Fog. His primary weapon, the sword Hwando, he uses to strike and his secondary weapon, Gombangdae, is a pipe that he can use to create fog to obscure the battlefield and to summon those fog warriors. Using his skills, he can do things like summon warriors to fire ice arrows at enemies. Using the Cloudspire skill, he sends the fog Warriors out to battle for him in the distance. He's also graceful and other skills incorporate elements of sword dance.
And as of tomorrow, he will be available to try out in the mobile version of Black Desert, in the update that also opens the Summer season. The new season will offer events, including progression events to help you train your Dosa, a new login reward campaign, and more.
There's more on the way too. The Azunak Arena is the new PvEvP survival mode on the way in August. In the mode, guilds will form up to 10 teams and compete to hunt monsters, level up, and take down members of opposing teams. There are two new monster zones coming in September, Stars End and Blackstar Fallen Zone, to challenge yourself with. One of the benefits to success here is earning materials to craft Blackstar weapons. Main Blackstar weapons can offer a +5% increase to all damage types and the sub weapon can give you a maximum health boost.
Prepare for even more guild content in addition to the arena. Guild League is coming. Castle of Nightmares presents challenging bosses to take on together. It's a timed challenge so you deal as much damage as you can before your initial group exits. Call on four guild members to join the battle within an hour. If they also need more help, they can invite the entire guild to finish off the boss. Rewards will be determined based on damage dealt
