The launch of Fallout 76 has been fraught with issues and complaints from the community. Over two weeks after launch, the headaches for Bethesda just keep coming. The latest kerfuffle is centered around the $200 Power Armor Edition of the game that was packed with all sorts of goodies including a helmet and a spiffy canvas bag...at least theoretically so. Buyers have been shocked to find that, on receiving the Power Armor Edition, the canvas bag had been replaced by a cheap nylon bag.
@Fallout @Bethesda_ANZ @bethesda @DCDeacon is there any reason why we got a thin nylon bag instead of the canvas bag that was originally advertised? pic.twitter.com/oURZak2AEC

Bethesda's response? Pretty much an "Oh well" and 500 Atoms, the game's premium currency. The Bethesda Store has been updated to reflect the nylon bag, though the photo of the Power Armor Edition still shows the canvas bag...
We understand and respect that there is disappointment with the bag in the Power Armor Edition. We are sorry. Please contact Bethesda Support to provide proof of your CE purchase. They will assist in granting your account 500 Atoms. Please visit: https://t.co/TJBMjYaph0

For perspective, 500 Atoms is approximately $5. Players thinking they could purchase the skin that features the aforementioned canvas bag...costs 700 Atoms...
