Beasts of the Sanctuary Update to Feature New Warframe and Game Mode

Digital Extremes has announced that it will be updating Warframe for PC this week with the Beasts of the Sanctuary content expansion. It will include the first new warframe of the year, Khora, and the Sanctuary Onslaught team-based survival game mode.

In Sanctuary Onslaught, players team up in either cooperative or competitive groups to work together to "survive endless waves of Warframe enemies standing in their way of escaping through the next portal". 

Khora is a deadly offensive attack warframe as well as packed with team-oriented defensive tactics and her own set of gear including Dartgun, Quill Spear, Tenno Revolver Rifle Zaw Parts, Quill Syandana and Quill Alt Helmet.

• Whipclaw: Send enemies reeling with a deafening whipcrack.
• Ensnare: Bind a hapless target in living metal, entangling others who stray too close. Disperse the trap with a crack of the whip.
• Venari: Summon a ferocious, gleaming Kavat. Use again to cycle between Attack, Protect, and Heal postures.
• Strangledome: Weave a dome of living chain that ensnares and strangles any enemy within, and any foolish enough to approach.

The PlayStation 4 and XBox One versions of Beasts of the Sanctuary will be released in May.
