In case you missed it, Larian Studios showed off  almost an hour and half of Baldur’s Gate 3 gameplay.

The gameplay comes via IGN’s Summer of Gaming event which is currently ongoing. In the video, you’ll see Sven Winke showing off combat, conversation, the dice roll mechanic, and much more. Much has changed since their initial reveal early this year, although the game is still clearly in pre-alpha. The actual gameplay starts at 20:29, which you can watch below.

This gameplay follows an announcement this week which shared the possible Early Access launch of the game targeting August. The information came to us from a tweet, in addition to a dev blog update where Sven talks about the road to Early Access, and more.

“Get ready to venture forth. Baldur's Gate 3 is coming to Early Access August 2020... Maybe. Roll with us, June 18th. Baldur’s Gate 3 kicks off D&D Live.”
