Though the trailer is quite short, Cuffbust has been announced at Summer Game Fest 2024, showcasing the silly little figures wreaking havoc on their friends and enemies.
Created by a singular developer at Two Star Games, also the creator of ChooChoo Charles, has created Cuffbust, a jailbreak-style game where up to 20 friends can attempt to escape prison together or decide to throw them under the bus to escape on their own. The trailer showcases players grabbing screwdrivers, traveling through sewers, and avoiding guards in order to make their great escape back into the real world.
You can also sabotage those who are attempting to escape without you, really bringing that backstabbing dynamic into the mix. There is no concrete release date as of yet, but we do know it is set to release in 2025 according to Steam.
