Awakenings Coming Every 2 Weeks, All Released by Year's End

The Black Desert Online forum has been updated with a new post about the forthcoming release window for all class Awakenings. The first, the Warrior, will take place on August 31st, followed by the Sorceress two weeks later. The interval between will allow the development team to address any potential balance issues and to ensure that updates fire off without a hitch.

The post further indicates that the original plan was to begin releasing Awakenings at the end of the year, but that the process moved up to get the NA / EU version of Black Desert up to the same version found in other regions. To accomplish this, Awakenings needed to begin releasing now in order to be complete by year's end.

Lastly, Valencia Part 2 will be released alongside the start of the Awakening Series. It will include a number of towns and locations as well as new features.
