The wrap report from last week's ArcheAge live stream has been posted on the game's official site. Among other things, viewers were treated to a look at the campaign posters for those running in the latest Hero Election.
Most interestingly, however, is the news that the August update is coming soon that will bring split event timers throughout NA and EU. At this point, the monthly update is scheduled for August 17th.
The Global PvP Tournament will be detailed throughout this week. Players can begin putting together teams of ten that can even include players in the opposing faction or from another server. Europe's tournament will take place in September, North America's in October. Sign ups will begin on August 22nd.

So let’s talk Mysterious Garden Powder: The community started a very pointed topic towards the rarity of Mysterious Garden Powder in the game. We are aware of how rare it is and we have a temporary solution in the works. Mysterious Garden Powder will be added as an event reward in an upcoming event as a temporary measure, and we’ll look at more permanent changes for the future. The idea is to slowly re-introduce powder back into the economy until it’s at an acceptable level.
