ASKA's Big Outposts & Lakes Update Offers New Biome, New Strategic Options, and Lots to Discover

Viking-themed survival sandbox ASKA has a big new update, Outposts & Lakes, that adds new biomes, a new village management system, new buildings, military improvements, and more.

The Outpost will be places for villagers to live and work within territories, letting you spread across the map and manage your expansion. you'll be able to create supply lines and keep your villagers from wandering,  so ultimately there's a bit more control now. There is a tutorial to get you started on building outposts and using the other new features. 

Speaking of control and variety, the lake biome is here, letting you create lakeside villages. With the new biome also come new fish, new reads, offering new resources.  The new update adds new tier 2 buildings, the new Builder’s Hut which lets you manage builder jobs like repairs and terraforming. The Cooking House lets you bake new items in the oven, including pies. An improved farm comes with an extra crop field. ASKA adds a bunch of things to try out and play with to see how your villages can evolve.

There are new military buildings, like the Improved Barracks and Improved Archery Range, Both of which unlock additional progression opportunities as well as combos. The barracks unlocks new specialized warrior loadouts. You can not only reinforce your Outposts with walls and Towers, now there's a wall perimeter system for village safety where you can enclose houses with walls, offering new defensive options.

Those lakefront villages are quite pretty and they can be safe strategic moves now too.
