My.com has announced that Armored Warfare Season 2 will be kicking off in early December. Season 2 is also known as Arabian Nights and "provides the next exciting chapter of war-hardened Magnus Holter's campaign to end the nefarious Clayburn Industries". New content will include special operation missions, unique rewards earned through Battle Paths, new advanced customization options and new vehicles.
Arabian Nights is an appropriate name with the action taking part in Egypt and Iraq. Players will battle through a storyline and a pair of Special Ops missions. The Battle Path sends players into a season's worth of activities that provide "amazing rewards" that include premium vehicles and customization options.
Arabian Nights will also introduce the long-awaited Advanced Customization system, also known as the “Skin” system. The new system will allow players to obtain exotic appearance modifications for their fully upgraded vehicles as visual customization options next to the existing features such as Base Paint, Decal and Camouflage. These modifications will be available by various means from completing certain in-game missions, obtaining as free gifts or part of AW’s premium content.
