The ArcheAge Unchained team has provided details for compensation for missing crests.
The update comes in the official Discord which cites maintenance on February 13 which caused some user created content like crests and keybinding settings on Wynn, Kaylin, and Jergant to be lost,
“This content can no longer be added to the servers, leaving us with no way to recover this data for you.
Due to this issue we'd like to compensate those players who have lost this content.
We will be giving 5x Bound Crest Brainstorm which can be obtained 3 times per account in case you'd like it on different characters.
We'll let you know once you can claim it in the near future.”
