Amonkhet Remastered Exclusive Card Set Hits MTG Arena

MTG Arena has received the Amonkhet Remastered set, the first digital exclusive card set for the game.

The set introduces 338 new cards to the game. The set looks to create an interesting and repeatable Draft player experience, and providing support for the Historic and Pioneer Constructed Format. Several new mechanics are being introduced in this exclusive set as well for the first time since the closed beta.

For example, Embalm and Eternalize will allow players to create new, zombie versions of their creatures from their graveyards, while Exert allows a creature to push itself and prevent an opponent from blocking, allowing for powerful attacking movements.

Additionally, the accompanying press release notes that Amonkhet Remastered will also feature two new events for players to experience the set as it launches. Premier Draft will be available for 1500 gems or 10000 gold, as will Sealed, available for 2000 gems.
