Albion Online continues working to improve the Horizons update. This week’s patch continues tweaking Dynamic Encampments, improves the HUD editor, and makes a change for Android users.
This time, Dynamic Encampments get a small change that affects Lair maps, but only in solo encampments (group ones have no changes). The Lair maps will stay hidden in all solo encampments until the objective has been completed. Once that’s done, the maps become visible for all. After bigger changes over the last two patches, it seems that they've gotten a lot of the balance more where they want to be.
The HUD editor also gets some changes to make default spells and their transformation spells always on display. When you have the HUD editor open, if you were using Vanity spells, they’ll switch over to default spells while it remains open.
The Albion Online team has decided to roll back the platform migration on mobile. If you are on Android, the Horizons patch notes feature a note about the platform migration change. In short, it means you're in for a longer and larger than normal installation process. To maximize your space, you might consider uninstalling the app and then performing a clean install.
The rest of the update features some class and weapon balance tweaks. There are also fixes for disruptive bugs and others with exploit potential. When you cast an invisibility spell and then mounted up, you’d stay invisible. Another issue that should now be taken care of is static randomized dungeon entrances in the Roads of Avalon should be visible. Now you can find them.
