In the most recent population update for Albion Online, the team have announced that the Daily Average User count has surpassed 125,000 for the first time.

The team notes that this boost is due in part to the recently release Rise of Avalon update. These update contains a slew of new features like Roads of Avalon, Corrupted Dungeons, Avalonian Weapons, and more. And of course, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic may have played a part in player numbers.

The team also notes that they’re focusing on supporting new content, but are equally focused on supporting the boost in player numbers. Over the coming months, the team teases expanding their continent. To that end, they’re working on a plan expand these Royal zones while simultaneously deepening their experiences.

The mobile version is also being streamlined, with more information on this to arrive in future updates. You can read the full community update here. And in case you missed it, you can read how one player basically stole 1 billion worth of in-game assets from a guild. It’s…quite a feat.
