NCSoft has announced that Aion: Legions of War is now available for both iOS and Android mobile devices. The game is set in the same universe as the Aion MMO and challenges players to "assemble the best team to fight in PvE dungeons or in PvP arenas". There are over 100 heroes for players to collect that can be uniquely customized through equipment and by selecting one of five different elemental affinities. "It also has a narrative story that takes players on an epic journey".

- Build the Ultimate Fighting Force: Summon heroes to build a legion of armored warriors, monstrous beasts, colossal cyborgs, and magical beings, then update their equipment and abilities to build and invincible legion. Awakening heroes will unlock their inner power to unleash even more devastating attacks.
- Strategic, Story-driven Gameplay: Players will put their skills to the ultimate test as they control specialized battle legions of powerful tanks, devastating damage dealers and protective healers. Elemental affinity, team composition, and managing interrupt abilities are skills players will have to master – as well as the ever-present hunt for loot to maximize each legion’s armor and weapon stats.
- Play with Friends: Players can join Guilds and participate in PvP and leaderboards for a unique multiplayer experience on mobile. Challenging the other warriors in Aion: Legions of War will unlock special in-game upgrades, weapons, and resource drops; joining a Guild allows for the exchange of vital information between members on strategies to beat larger-than-life bosses.
