Aion: Legions of War Is Ending

It looks like Aion: Legions of War is ending according to a new post.

The team announced that the game is coming to an end, citing what will immediately happen in the coming months:

• Today, 4/17, all real money in-app purchases will no longer be available and the game will no longer be able to be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Current players will be able to continue playing until 6/19, at which time the game server will officially shut down.

Up until this time, events will run as normal in the game, with the team still supporting community activities and the like. The team also recognizes questions may naturally arise from this announcement and pledge to engage with fans on all their various channels.

As to what specifically gave cause for the decision to shut down, that is unknown at this time. The team ends the communication by thanking their community,
