Aion Classic EU 3.0, “The Path of the Brawler” is coming. The new update has just been announced and Gameforge is promising that it's the biggest update of the year. Expect the new Brawler class, along with a new starting area, new zones, a new raid, new instances, and more.
The Brawler is the next class addition, and if you’re looking for a quick, agile melee fighter, take a look in this direction. The new starting area, Lacrima, will be where your new martial artist begins their journey, and we can expect a new questline and news story lines, in addition to a brand new exclusive instance, Manor of Illumination.
Along with their combos and skills, they wield Dragon Claws, a one-handed class exclusive weapon. They’ll focus on quick combos, powerful finishing moves, and combine their strength, agility, and qi in fast, high-damage situations. Keep building qi and enter an awakened state, enhancing your abilities.
The update will also bump the level cap up from 58 to 60, and with the increase will be new skills, stigmas, and enhanced abilities across all classes. The increased level cap also means some Legion and campaign adjustments.
Along with new skills, there's also a new area of the map to explore, Laphsaran. Onceunder the Dragon Lord Apsu, the land (and its dangers) were later shaped by Tiamat. This new area will feature new quests, Fortress sieges, and World bosses to put your new skills to the test. Be prepared to take on new monsters, and a brand new world raid against Lord Subterra.
This weekly raid will offer Serenity weapons, Subterran armor, and new wings if you form a successful alliance and down him.
For the PvPer, the Dranium Battlefield Is good for 1v1 elimination matches and 6v6 team battles. If you want to get in for a quick fight, whether solo or in a team, this is for you.
The update will be out this month and also feature some improvements, the new hairstyle wardrobe, and more.
