Blizzard Entertainment announced Overwatch 2 will receive a Street Fighter 6 collaboration on May 20, 2025. Naturally, this will include a handful of skins that will reimagine heroes from Overwatch 2 as iconic characters from the Street Fighter series. In addition to the announcement, an animated trailer was released, giving players a glimpse as to which heroes will be receiving skins.
You can watch the Overwatch 2 Street Fighter 6 collaboration announcement trailer below:
Since the trailer is animated, we aren’t actually given a good look as to how the skins will actually appear on the selected characters, but it did show what characters will receive these collaboration skins. Which are the following:
- Juno – Chun-Li
- Cammy – Widowmaker
- Kiriko – Juri
- Soldier: 76 – Guile
- Winston – Blanka
- Zenyatta – Dhalism
- Sigma – M. Bison
This is far from the first time Overwatch 2 has received skins inspired by other IPs. Most recently, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Gundam Wing a series of skins were rolled out in the Hero Shooter, reimagining a handful of characters as some of the most iconic Mobile Suits from the show.
