According to the counter on the Shroud of the Avatar site, the game's fund raising efforts have netted over six million dollars. the KickStarter campaign run earlier brought in approximately $2M with another $4M brought in during the subsequent months.
The funding count is attached to this week's newsletter that also discusses:
- player-owned towns - NPC buildings, icons and more
- overworld maps
- the White Lepus Mask
- some other KickStarter projects the team supports including Descent: Underworld
- in-game and community events
- how to receive pledge awards
- Steam access keys for backers
