Hail, Neverwinter players, as the Challenge of the Gods event starts today.
The event is set to run from June 4 (today) through June 11 at 10a PDT. For a little background, it looks like the gods have returned and will test your mettle. They’ll present some challenges for you, which you must naturally overcome.
And of course, you’ll be rewarded for your efforts. Note that if you are level 10 or higher, the monsters you’ll face will be within seven levels of you. Killing them and collecting their loot will then accept the Challenge of the Gods.
Each deity has their own challenge. For example, Tymora requires you to kill 2 foes without using any healing potions, while Silavnus requires you to kill 10 foes without using any Encounter Powers. Once you open the Gift of the Gods, you’ll have a chance of receiving a Celestial Mantle, Celestial Grace Dye Pack, Invocation Gift, and Divine Injury Kit.
You’ll be able to complete five challenges from Speaker of Ao. Turning in this quest will give you a Blessed Gift of the Gods which also contains rewards similar to the lower level Gift, but with a chance at some higher level items as well.
