Strike Teams Can Complete Missions for Player Rewards

Strike Teams Can Complete Missions for Player Rewards -

In Mass Effect Andromeda, during the single player campaign, the player character, Ryder, will come across missions that can be completed in multiplayer with friends or random players. But what about the dedicated single player? Well, it turns out if someone would rather, they can send out a 'strike team' of NPCs to complete the mission in lieu of participating in multiplayer. There are even missions that can only be completed by strike teams as well.

According to a series of Twitter posts today, players will have access to more than one strike team, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. While the player cannot design the team in terms of races or abilities, they can choose which ones will complete which missions. The team gains experience and levels up to make them more formidable in future missions. In addition, rewards can be earned for Ryder for successful missions.

This system is something completely new for Mass Effect Andromeda and should be an interesting one to try out.
