Spoiler Packed Video Features PeeBee's Loyalty Mission

DON'T WATCH IF YOU DON'T WANT SPOILERS!!! IGN has a new video today that features over fifteen minutes of Mass Effect Andromeda game play footage that features a look at PeeBee's loyalty mission. PeeBee is Ryder's Asari companion and possible love interest.


Andromeda Initiative Focuses on Weapons + Gold Status

The latest in the Mass Affect Andromeda Initiative presentation is now live on the game's official site. Watching it, and the others in the series, will yield special helmet when MEA is released in late March. In this episode, one of Ryder's companions, Liam, introduces viewers to the weapons and some of the weapons-oriented abilities to which players would have access. In other news, MEA is now feature and development complete. It has gone gold! Prepare for March 21st!

Official Gameplay Series #2 - Characters

A Mass Effect game isn't a Mass Effect game without a rich, vibrant set of characters, both as the main protagonist to the casual NPCs that one encounters along the journey. In a new entry into the Gameplay Series, Bioware takes a look at characters coming our way in Mass Effect Andromeda. You'll get a look at several of Ryder's companions, get some basic information about leveling up and bonuses for spending points in profiles, and a look at various combat styles.


Natalie Dormer aka Margaery Tyrell Stars as Asari Doctor

Mass Effect Andromeda has probably excited tons of folks with today's revelation that Natalie Dormer, aka Margaery Tyrell from Game of Thrones, will be voicing the Asari doctor aboard the flagship Tempest. In a new video interview, Ms Dormer speaks about her role as Dr. T'Perro and her experiences working with the Mass Effect Andromeda team. Check it out!


Offline Single Player Confirmed

Bioware's Ian Frazier has confirmed that Mass Effect: Andromeda will be playable offline in single-player mode. It remains to be seen if, like Dragon Age: Inquisition, an Origin "check in" will be required for MEA but it's good news indeed for those who do not wish to be "always online" when playing through the single player campaign.


No Cross-Platform MP, PC Features Unlocked Framerate

Bioware developers have been unusually active via Twitter this week revealing a number of interesting bits of information about Mass Effect Andromeda. Most notably, there will be no cross-platform multiplayer between any platforms (PS4, XBox One and PC). In addition, PC players worried about framerate will be pleased to hear that MEA on PC will have an unlocked framerate.


'New Earth' Named in Teaser for Tomorrow's Trailer Release

The Mass Effect Andromeda Twitter has been updated with a 15-second teaser for a brand new trailer to be released tomorrow, Thursday, January 26th. It calls a planet that the characters call "New Earth". We'll see what tomorrow brings! What do YOU think it is?


No Season Pass, Pre-Load Date Revealed, Framerate Hints

It seems that the Mass Effect: Andromeda team was busy over the weekend with a trio of interesting tidbits that include first information about framerates, when pre-loading of the game will take place and information about whether or not a season pass will be available.


It's Official - Launch Date Revealed for March 21st in NA

Mass Effect Andromeda Producer Mike Gamble has announced the official release date for the game. North American players can look for it on March 21, 2017 and players in the EU will get their hands on MEA on March 23, 2017.


New Andromeda Initiative Introduces The Nexus

After the Mass Effect Andromeda game play trailer release last night, Bioware has updated the Andromeda Initiative website with new information about The Nexus, the central 'hub' that accompanies the ark ships taking humanity to seek out new habitation. Viewers can watch a video providing information about The Nexus as well as find out additional facts about some of the denizens and locations.


New Facts About the Tempest, Not Just Another Normandy

Game Informer is continuing its exclusive reveal articles about Mass Effect: Andromeda, this time with a look at the player's central base, the Tempest. Bioware has given it a unique look and feel to separate it from the Normandy, the ship on which Shepard and crew traveled and fought in the original trilogy.


Creating the Game's First Alien Race - The Kett

Game Informer is continuing its exclusive look at various components of Mass Effect: Andromeda with today's video being about the creation of the game's first race, the Kett. Bioware has been aiming for a much more "organic" look and feel for the Andromeda races, something exemplified in the Kett. The more organic feel of the Kett extends to their armors, structures and just about every other constructed aspect of Kett culture.


New Cinematic Trailers Set Hundreds of Years in the Future

Bioware has kicked off the annual N7 Day with a new cinematic story trailer from Mass Effect: Andromeda. Viewers are told from the start that "we slept for hundreds of years" on the way to the Andromeda galaxy. From there, the roller coaster begins as we are treated to in-game footage of characters, game play action and more. What do you see?


Ahead of Today's N7 Celebration, Box Art & Pricing Leaked

Twitter user Wario64 has leaked a series of box art and pricing information for Mass Effect: Andromeda ahead of today's major N7 Day celebration that should see a huge amount of new information released about the game as well as a new trailer. According to the images from Best Buy, the Deluxe edition on console will run $69.99 and $59.99 for PC.
