The Lord of the Rings Online Brings Players To the Swamp With Its Latest Update -

The Lord of the Rings Online has many famous bogs, from the Midgewater to the Dead Marshes. However, with the upcoming 24.2 Update currently on the Bullroarer test server, players can venture into the Swamp for a new adventure in the Vales of Anduin.

This update brings with it a new region in the Vales of Anduin, the Gladdenmere, and with it a continuation of the Black Book of Mordor Epic Quest Line. According to a post on the Official LOTRO forums:

"A rock slide in the Vales of Anduin has opened up the Gladdenmere high above the Gladden Fields. Radagast now seeks answers to the mysterious shades encroaching upon the low-lands from that mysterious mountain lake. For those who have completed the adventures in the Vales of Anduin, visit any major landmark to begin your journey to the Gladdenmere."

The new update brings with it an Interlude quest which will also lead into Imlad Morgul, the expansion of which is expected later on this year.

Additionally, the new update brings with it a host of changes to the Captain class, as well as a host of other change. You can view the notes here on the official forums.
