A new developer diary has appeared on the Lord of the Rings Online site that details some refinements to the Instance Finder being implemented in Update 6. Originally introduced in Update 5, Leo "Ransroth" Zelevinsky lays out exactly what changes are incoming.
The update will include an 'advanced' tab that will give players a lot of flexibility when choosing exactly what instance they are looking to join and in what capacity they want to join. In addition, players can search for instances based on a very precise set of filters. Lastly, the team has merged the "Instance Join" functionality to allow already-formed groups to join an instance together immediately.
