The European free to play version of Lineage II is set to be handled by Innova. The Innova publication of Lineage II is set to begin in early December and will feature the Goddess of Destruction update.
Currently, European customers are 'living' on the Naia server which, according to a post on the US Lineage II site, is set to be physically moved to the US and is expected to be back in service later today, November 23rd. According to this post, the Naia server will continue to run on European time even though housed in the US. (Thanks to Reizla for the tip!)
