Legend of Martial Arts will be entering open beta beginning December 15th according to a new post on the official site. To celebrate, devs have tons of real world prizes to award to testers including Astro gaming headsets and an iBUYPOWER Chimera 2 desktop computer. The open beta will give former Kung Foo! players the opportunity to check out the changes implemented since the game's relaunch as Legend of Martial Arts.
The Legend of Martial Arts site has been updated with new information about some of the baddies players will encounter while in game. Developers spend time highlighting how far the game has come graphically since it originally debuted inNorth America as Kung Foo! earlier this year.

Legend of Martial Arts is set to begin beta testing in the next couple of weeks. One of the more innovative systems that will be present when the game hits the airwaves is the Transformation System which allows players to choose from over 100 spells. Each spell transforms players into amazing creatures or even passive items like lamp posts. Devs have detailed the system in a new blog post at the Perfect World Entertainment site.

The Kung Foo! Closed Beta sure went by quick! Only a few weeks ago was the game announced to the world, subsequently entered beta, and now the beta will be coming to a close on January 20th. If you blinked, you'd have missed it! However, even though the beta has gone by pretty quick, testers will still be able to enjoy the festivities typically found at the end of a game's beta test.
