Heroes of the Storm has been updated with an extensive new patch that brings a number of pretty cool things into the game. Most notably, the Starcraft hero Probius is now a part of the Nexus and it brings a pretty suit set of abilities with it.
Since his activation, Probius has always wanted to prove himself. He may be small, but he made a big difference by warping in a critical pylon during the retaking of Aiur. As the bravest of probes, Probius is eager to fulfill his purpose in the Nexus.
In addition, Ranked Season 1 for 2017 has begun. Players have an additional challenge to "brawl" their way up through the leagues in order to earn a portrait, mount and gold for their achievements.
The free hero rotation is increasing from 10 per week to 14.
Lastly, if you don't already own the 2-player hero Cho'Gall, now is your opportunity. Play and win two games partied up with someone who already owns him...er...them...and he...or...they...will become a permanent part of your hero rotation.
