First of all, we truly appreciate your "incredible" interest for "Hero Online" and apologize for the inconvenience that we have caused in regards to our website and game server. The number of players who joined "Hero Online" has exceeded our expectation by far. Our server for Closed Beta was capable of containing 5,000 players simultaneously, however more players has shown their interest in our game. Because of this reason, players might have experienced a certain degree of lagging in the game, and as more people were coming into our server and website, the server and network equipments had burnt down. We would like to show our sincere apology, and we are currently in the process of upgrading our game server and website. We sincerely ask you for patience as we are trying to create the best game environment for closed beta participants.
