It’s a unique take on procedural generation that helps keep the game fresh and exciting, as you never know what type of Realm you’ll uncover next.
In the game’s early days in Early Access, there are approximately 10 Major Realm Cards in Nightingale. These include:

You’ll note that most of these Major Realm Cards are Ascended, which become available from the Ascended Essence Trader. You can also purchase standard versions of each Major Realm Card, and they offer similar but slightly diminished challenges than their Ascended counterparts.
