The Gods & Heroes: Rome Rising team has announced the dates for the next beta test. Beta players will want to log in between March 29th and April 4th to help the team check out changes in the quest tracker, combat improvements, UI improvements and help test out the Estate feature.

Devs write that the content will be context specific and will fit in with the overall picture of Rome.
