Player characters take on the aspect of a demigod as they travel throughout ancient Roman lands, encountering mythical beasts.

Heatwave Interactive has inked a deal with THQ to bring Gods & Heroes: Rome Rising to retail outlets in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. According to the deal, THQ will release Gods & Heroes on June 24th.

Monthly rates will run players $9.99 with slight discounts offered for multiple-month subscriptions. Gods & Heroes: Rome Rising is set to be released on June 21st and players purchasing the title will receive the first month free.
Heatwave Interactive has announced a distribution deal with Southpeak Interactive to distribute Gods & Heroes: Rome Rising in North America and the United Kingdom. Players purchasing the game through Southpeak will receive an exclusive minion and the Armaments of the Gods, a special class-specific weapon pack that features blades, axes and magic staves. Players will also score three buddy keys to hand out to friends.
