Godfall developer Counterplay Games seems to have been "disbanded" last year, ending a partnership on an unknown project with Jack Emmert-led Jackalyptic Games.

Counterplay Games and Gearbox have announced the PC system requirements for Godfall, the upcoming looter-slasher, melee action-RPG for PC and PS5.
Godfall is set to launch on November 12 right alongside the release of the PS5. Oh and it's coming to PC too via the Epic Games Store.
