Fortnite made waves in the last week after an update to Unreal Engine 5.1 added Nanite and Lumen support to the battle royale. The improvements vastly increase graphical fidelity, to the point where Epic's battle royale looks like a totally different game.

Epic's latest crossover in Fortnite has added another layer, as the Dragon Ball Adventure Island is now open to explore. Players can don their Saiyan skins and explore iconic locations in the series, such as Kami's Palace and more.

Yup, it happened. Epic Games have invoked "1984" - yes, that "1984" - in response to Apple blocking Fortnite from the App Store.

It looks like Sony has invested $250 million into Epic Games, the developer behind Fortnite and the Epic Games Store.
