You have until tomorrow to still grab a free Starter Edition of Final Fantasy XIV on PS4. Here are the details.
First, yes, the Starter Edition is free to keep. The free offer ends on May 25. However, if you grabbed the Starter Edition for free before the offer ends, it’s yours to keep forever. The Starter Edition comes with Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. You’ll be able to play the game all the way up to level 50.
Also included is a 30-day free play period. You can only apply this free play period once per platform, per account. A recent patch for the game saw a NieR cross-over in addition to streamlining several A Real Reborn quests.
- Main Scenario Questline Update: A Realm Reborn – The main scenario questline in A Realm Reborn will be reworked to give new players a more streamlined experience as they progress to Heavensward and beyond. Additionally, players will be able to fly in A Realm Reborn areas upon completion of “The Ultima Weapon” quest.
