Fallout 76 released its long-awaited expansion, The Pitt, earlier this month. We had the chance to chat with Mark Tucker from the F76 team to discuss the expedition update, as well as some of the reasons behind why they chose Pittsburgh for the setting.
In MMOs factions have become a big deal. It is a game feature that players can relate to and join up with to help identify their character further. In many games factions can take on a whole life of their own. Look at Warcraft with the Horde and Alliance. Fallout has given us some classic factions in their day and a few returning to 76 will be familiar. However, we also get two new factions.
Bethesda Game Studios invited MMORPG to participate in their world premier event for Fallout 76 at The Greenbrier - an iconic West Virginia result with an in-game location. As a part of this event, there was a round table conversation with Jeff Gardiner (Project Lead), Chris Myer (Development Director - Austin) and Emil Pagliarulo (Design Director).
