EverQuest Producer Lauren "Mooncast" McLemore has announced the game's 25th expansion that will be ready to go in December. Called The Burning Lands, new content will include a trip to the elemental Planes where "air and fire will play a big role in [the] upcoming adventures". As a bit of a teaser, the post shows off an upcoming monster, something that looks suspiciously like a burning snail!
From new monsters, zones, items, raids, and more, we can’t wait for you to return to the Planes, but you’ll have to wait a bit longer for additional information! Be sure to stay on the lookout for more announcements about the upcoming beta, pre-orders, features, and other expansion news. We are happy to say that EverQuest: The Burning Lands is scheduled to launch this December.
Pre-orders for The Burning Lands will be opening soon and include standard, Collector's and Premium editions.
Lastly, Fall Fun will be starting in November with weekly bonuses that will help players get ready to roll once The Burning Lands goes live in December.
