The Everquest team has announced that the eighteenth expansion, Veil of Alaris, will officially debut on November 18th. From now through that date, preorders are being accepted.

It's hard to believe that it's been twelve years since the launch of Sony Online Entertainment's EverQuest. To the joy of veterans around the world, EverQuest devs and Sony Online Entertainment recently launched a pair of brand new 'progression servers'. Sony Online Entertainment has announced the dates for its annual Las Vegas convention called Fan Faire. Fan Faire 2011 will be held on July 7-9, 2011 at Bally's.

Sony Online Entertainment has announced that the seventeenth EverQuest expansion, House of Thule, has been successfully launched on all servers. House of Thule brings on board several major changes including a level cap increase, eighteen raids, thirteen zones, seventeen missions, more than 120 quests and the addition of player housing.
