Sony Online Entertainment has announced that they have acquired the assets of a company called Worlds Apart Productions. The studio, which is said to be the core of the new SOE-Denver.
Worlds Apart deals in trading card games, and SOE plans to make use of the company's Collect! Trade! Play! technology as well as other Worlds apart assets and are currently looking at ways to integrate the resource into their games:
