EverQuest II will be getting an update later this month, and with it comes new mount levels, a new Fabled Zone and more.
Coming August 27th, "Carnage in Kael" will bring players into a new zone, the Fabled Kael Drakkel, where players will be able to storm this sub-only zone with their friends.
From the official announcement on the EverQuest II site:
Storm your way into Fabled Kael Drakkel from the Prophecy Portal Gallery of Myrist, the Great Library, and go toe to giant toe with the Kromzek!
Additionally, you can now increase your mount level to 20, which unlocks three new barding slots as well as mount gear slots and gear found only in the new Fabled Zone.
