Starfield, now coming 2023, got a first gameplay look today during the Xbox + Bethesda showcase. The upcoming space title from the Bethesda team showed off some...well...rather familiar looking gameplay from a Bethesda title. First person shooting mechanics, exploration, and much more. The visuals looked alright, though pale in comparison to some of the stuff we're seeing out of Unreal Engine 5.
Starfield also introduced us to one of its major settlements: New Atlantis, as well as the Constellation - a faction of space explorers and peacekeepers. Todd Howard also detailed a bit about the character creator, as well as revealed that Starfield might actually be huge. Over one thousand planets are going to be available for players to land anywhere on, No Man's Sky style, using a ship they build and tweak to their liking.
The gameplay showcase is about 15 minutes long, so strap in. No new release date was revealed, with Bethesda simply stating "2023."
Wo Long, an upcoming title from Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja, was given trailer.Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty takes player back to the Three Kingdoms era of China in the upcoming survival fantasy game.
Also, finally, after years of fans requesting this, Phil Spencer announced on stage that Persona 3, 4 and Persona 5 Royal are coming not only to Xbox, but also Windows via Gamepass. Players can check out Persona 5 Royal on PC this October. It's like we never saw it coming.
Sea of Thieves sang a pirate-y tune about setting sail as a pirate captain, bringing Season Seven of the pirate sim in July. The update will allow you to save ship loadouts, decorate your cabin, even name your ship (with no profanity, of course), and more.
A new Diablo 4 trailer was shown off during the Xbox + Bethesda showcase, giving a cinematic glimpse into the Necromancer coming with the title. The Necromancer is announced by Rod Ferguson as Diablo IV's final class. The trailer also showed off Diablo IV running on Xbox Series X.

Naraka: Bladepoint is coming to consoles, hitting Xbox first later this month. Naraka is bringing its high-flying, verticle battle royale to Xbox Game Pass on June 23rd. We reviewed it on PC last year, thinking it's pretty good, if not a flawed BR.
As Dusk Falls, a new interactive drama, showed off a gameplay trailer, hinting at the branching narratives and choices you'll be making as you play through what developer Interior/Night calls an "uncompromising tale of family, resilience, and sacrifice." It's coming July 19th and is playable with up to 8 players.
Lightyear Frontier is a farming sim in a mech suit, and it looks every bit as if Stardew Valley and No Man's Sky decided to hook up.
Ara: History Untold is a new and upcoming historical grand strategy title from the teams at Oxide Games and Xbox Game Studios. Ara brings turn-based strategy to PC, Consoles as players will build a new, living world inspired by our own history.
Minecraft Legends is coming from Mojang, and is described by Microsoft as a "action strategy game."

We got some new footage for Fallout 76's upcoming expansion taking players back to an iconic Fallout location: Pittsburgh. Expeditions are coming this September.
Forza Motorsport is bringing the next-gen tech to PC and console as the team at Turn 10 is creating their most advanced simulation to date. Coming in Spring 2023.
Flight Simulator's 40th anniversary of the franchise is coming, with a new expanded edition coming in November 2022. You can also take off with Halo's iconic Pelican is a free add-on today.
Overwatch 2 is coming this year as a free-to-play title hitting on October 4th. Players also got a first glimpse at a new hero coming with Overwatch 2.
A Plague Tale: Requiem has a new trailer, showing some gameplay with Amicia and Hugo traversing their war-torn world. Coming to Xbox consoles, PC and cloud this year.
Riot Games just gave players another reason to subscribe to Xbox Gamepass, as all their major PC and mobile games are coming to the ecosystem. Subscribers will get access to every champion in League of Legends and Wild Rift, every agent in VALORANT, and so much more. Coming Winter 2022.
Arkane Austin's Redfall kicked things off at the Xbox + Bethesda showcase, giving a first look at actual gameplay of the vampire hunting, open-world shooter. Set in Redfall, Massachusetts, the upcoming co-op shooter was delayed out of Summer 2022 into 2023. The sun is blocked off, the water is pushed back by the Vampires, and the players will take the role of one of four characters, each with their own unique skill sets. From the spectral umbrella-wielding Layla to the sharpshooting Jacob, Arkane Austin's upcoming title looks pretty interesting.
It's exclusive to PC and Xbox, and will obviously be a day one offer on Gamepass.
