In a blog post today, CCP Games announced EVE Online’s first Skilling Spree as part of their first ever Season of Skills.
Occurring during daily downtime through the daily downtime on August 21, pilots will receive one of three challenges which offer either 10,000, 25,000, or 50,000 skill points for destroying enemy NPCs. These challenges will be randomly selected.
Upon successful completion of these challenges, pilots will receive skill points and a new challenge at the start of the next daily downtime.
However, if pilots fail to successfully complete the challenge, it will be replaced by another randomly selected challenge during the next daily downtime at 11:00 UTC.
