Version 1.1, a major update to EVE Online: Dominion, is now live! With the launch of version 1.1, EVE Online has seen the conversion of motherships to "Supercarriers," which will also have new Fighter Bombers at their command. Fighter bombers are capable of firing heavy anti-capital weaponry such as compact citadel torpedoes. A dev blog on the new Fighter Bombers by CCP Abathur is also available.

1.1 also adds voice fonts to EVE Voice, which will allow roleplayers as well as those who want to remain anonymous to modulate their voice in a number of ways.
User cosy has tipped us off to a few early examples of what the voice fonts are capable of. I'm sure this is only the beginning of the sort of hilarity and nefariousness we can expect to see in the future.
