A new post has cropped up on the Elder Scrolls Online site to preview the forthcoming DLC called Horns of the Reach. In it, the two new 5-player dungeons are revealed as Bloodroot Forge and Falkreath Hold. In addition, readers are given a brief look at a new PvP map called Arcane University that will be entered into the normal map rotation as well as the new Battlegrounds type called Chaosball. Lastly, changes coming to the base game include quality of life improvements & more.
- Bloodroot Forge dungeon - a location filled with vegetation in some areas and lava-filled hallways in others. Players have to reach the forge to take on the final boss
- Falkreath Hold - a town is being attacked. Players need to break the siege to take on the Warlord
- Dungeons will feature new enemies including minotaurs, Nirnblooded creatures and Reachmen. Both will be available in normal and veteran modes and have unique item sets and achievements
- Arcane University challenges teams battling one another with indoor fighting using teleporters and platforms
- Chaosball challenges teams to capture the ball and hang onto it as long as possible, though it also applies a debuff to healing and armor over time
- QoL improvements include research cancellation, updated currency system, customizable combat cues
- New homes and furnishings
