One of the biggest new features coming in the Morrowind expansion to Elder Scrolls Online is the addition of PvP battlegrounds. In the second of three developer blogs, the Foyada Quarry is revealed.
Foyada Quarry is a huge battleground with big open spaces and nearly no cover to hide in. The theme is a granite quarry, though with the additional twist that it's also filled with boiling pools of lava. Fall into one at your own peril.
The center of the map is the go-to place for everyone as it is one of the few places that provides cover to take on enemies. Alternately, players can snipe enemies from the safety of their team base.
All battlegrounds will feature a trio of game play options: Team Deathmatch, Domination and Capture the Flag.
