It looks like Eden Falling is back after securing over $1.3 million in funding.
The details come via a press release of sorts on the Razor Edge website. The funding appears to have been secured from the Arizona Commerce Department. This funding was securing in a first round, with a second round of investor funding set to bring the full release to Steam in 12 months’ time.
“Razor Edge Games has partnered with the Arizona Commerce Department to secure a combined total of over $1.3M to fund additional staff hires and as tax incentives over a five-year period to develop Eden Falling in the state. The company is also partnering with the City of Gilbert to build an HQ in the municipality. The studio will initially house 40 full-time employees and be at the heart of Eden Falling’s development, completing the initial release, continuing working on the planned eight expansions and beginning development of the studio’s second planned original IP.”
