The Dreamland Online team has announced an intriguing new feature to the standard MMO mount system: Fusion. Fusion allows players to choose to become one with their mount (in a sense) and gives both player and mount more prowess in battle. Additionally, devs have revealed new animations for players who are 'fused' with their mounts.
IGG and the Dreamland Online team have produced a dev diary about the advantage of guilds in the game. In addition to the normal advantages of companionship and item sharing, guilds can also level up to gain even more bonuses.

Dreamland Online devs and publisher IGG.com have announced the beginning of the closed beta. Devs are encouraging people to head to the official site to grab a beta key and have some enticing news: Any progress made on characters created during the closed beta will be kept through open beta and release. Devs also have lots of events and rewards planned for those who participate.
Dreamland Online is set to begin alpha testing on Wednesday, November 10, 2010. According to the press release, all players participating in the alpha will receive up to $30 worth of mall items, a pair of mounts and accelerated experience gains for the duration of the event.
