Dransik Classic Overview
Dransik is a 2D MMORPG fashioned in the likes of Ultima V: Warriors of Destiny. There is a variety of different ways to develop your character as you explore the world of Dransik and get involved in the community. You can choose the life of a hunter, mage, merchant, farmer, cook, lumberjack, or earn a living as a mercenary for hire.
Dransik was created in 1998 and enjoyed enormous popularity among US and European players for some time, especially in Finland. It was the inspiration behind the MMORPG Ashen Empires which uses many of the same towns, skill systems, and PVP.
The game was unavailable for a few years starting in 2004. On April 5, 2006, Iron Will Games brought Dransik back by popular request. It is now owned and maintained by Iron Will Games and distributed by Pixel Mine Games.
