There's a New Cow Level in Town

YouTube streamer MadTom has posted a video that shows a brand new (and unexpected) Secret Cow Level. Players need to travel to the Ruins of Sescheron, head to the Immortal Throne and speak with Kanai. He will pound his halberd three times on the floor and VOILA! A portal opens to Kanai's Stomping Grounds!


More Devs Being Hired for Unannounced Diablo Project

The Blizzard Jobs page has been updated with an expanded advertisement for developers to work on an unannounced Diablo universe project. The job postings originally cropped up last October but have been recently updated with a search for a Senior Concept Artist, Senior Character Artist and a Lighting Artist.


v2.4 Review - Fun But Flawed

After spending several hours exploring the new update, the question becomes what 2.4 brings to the average Diablo 3 player: A lot of lag for console players from what I understand. I play on PC so I have not experienced this, but there have been wide reports by players on all available consoles that this is a huge problem. Beyond that, there are a lot of things that are pretty fun, but outrageously frustrating at times as well.


Big 2.4.0 Update Goes Live in NA for XBO / PS4 / PC

Diablo 3 players in North America can now log into servers to try out the latest and one of the biggest updates to the game. Patch 2.4.0 features a new location called Greyhollow Island, expanded zones in the original game, set dungeons, empowered rifts, a new buff bar, better action combat and alterations to both classes and items. The patch also sets the stage for Season 5 that begins on Friday, January 15th.

Season 5 Previewed - Ready to Roll in Mid-January

Seasonal play in Diablo III is undergoing some significant changes when it rolls out onto live servers on January 15, 2016. Among other things, Blizzard has removed Seasonal Legendaries completely in direct response to player-feedback. As a replacement, players will receive something called "Haedrig's Gift", a bundle of set items given along the way during each season. Over the course of seasonal play, adventurers should be able to attain a full class set that will rotate from season to season.

Next Update, New Content & More - D3 Blizzcon Wrap Report

On the second day of BlizzCon 2015, we sat down with System Designer Joe Shely and Senior Level Designer Matthew Berger to go over the particulars of Diablo 3's upcoming big patch, 2.4. Starting off, Berger discussed the new zone, the Eternal Woods, featuring roaming yetis. He added that the royal manor of King Leoric would finally be available to players now that the cultists have moved away from the entrance.

Art Director Sought for Unannounced Diablo Product

It seems that Diablo III fans have a lot to look forward to in next month's Blizzcon as it appears a new franchise expansion or title is going to be announced. The Blizzard jobs page has been updated with an advertisement for an Art Director for an "unannounced project" in the Diablo series and that the idea candidate should have "a passion for games with a deep understanding of the Diablo franchise".
