Destiny 2 players will be seeing the return of the Crimson Days festival that brings a Valentine's Day event into the game. The Destiny 2 version will feature 2v2 Clash PvP mode and The Burnout map in the Crucible (formerly known as the Burning Shrine).

The event will kick off on  February 13th and will feature a number of cosmetic rewards and a more generous loot table than the one seen in The Dawning. Players will not find a cap on the number of Crimson Engrams during the event, nor will players find duplicate items until after they have earned everything available.

Crimson Days begins in Destiny 2 on Tuesday, February 13. At the heart of the weeklong event is a 2v2 Crucible playlist intended to get your blood pumping as you and a friend test your bonds to the breaking point. This celebration of teamwork will last one week!

The combat scenario is 2v2 Clash with a round-based twist. We will also be debuting The Burnout, a new take on The Burning Shrine set in a future timeline where the Vex have succeeded in altering our reality.

You can head to the Destiny 2 site to check up on the rewards and to read up on more information.
