Darkwind: War on Wheels Overview
Darkwind - War On Wheels is a free-to-play turn-based 3D vehicle racing/combat MMORPG from Sam Redfern and Psychic Software, staged both in the post-apocalyptic wilderness and in man-made arenas and racing circuits. The main gameplay activities include competing in tiered racing/combat leagues, on-the road travel, trade, and piracy, and player control and attack of factories, camps and other key world resources. Players may create gangs, design and build cars, and trade cars, car parts, and weapons. The game is free but offers a subscription plan for some advanced player options.
