ArtCraft Entertainment has announced the completion of its Title III Indiegogo fundraising campaign and that over 1200 investors have pledged to invest $670k to assist with the development of Crowfall.
"This offering is different from traditional crowdfunding, where backers only receive perks, or invest in a royalty stream that caps at some amount,” stated Gordon Walton, president and executive producer at ArtCraft Entertainment. "We allowed investors to participate in the future of our company as preferred shareholders. They are part-owners in ArtCraft.”
This brings the total that ArtCraft has brought in a total of almost $11M raised through a variety of sources including crowdfunding, a license agreement with Travian Games and private financing.
